The Bunny Sandwich Collective is a creative solutions group led by Cori Champagne and Sandra Oberdorfer. Comprised of a changing roster of nationwide members and honorary members, The Bunny Sandwich Collective works to discover new ways to see the changing landscape.
Conceived of as a way for the 'average Jane' to personally take charge of building a new life, the collective utilizes design tools, artistic know-how, and old-fashioned gumption towards the greater collective good. By focusing on low-tech solutions without throwing out the high-tech baby bathwater, the collective stands proudly on a road headed towards, if not progress, then something more profound. What began as a loose connection between like-minded artists, The Bunny Sandwich Collective has grown into a deep collaboration between Cori Champagne and Sandra Oberdorfer, who use humor as a creative bridge for approaching serious problems in the world. The Bunny Sandwich Collective has received grant funding from both the Puffin Foundation and the Money for Women/Barbara Deming Memorial Fund for their project The American Nomads. |
